
Our Story
Somyn was created in response to a growing problem in the wellness world: people are overwhelmed by tracking apps that focus on numbers instead of real, lived experience. We saw individuals — and the providers who support them — struggling with tracking fatigue, emotional burnout, and the pressure to meet rigid goals. Traditional wellness apps weren’t helping people understand their bodies; they were pushing them further away from them.
So we asked: What if there was a holistic health app that helped you connect with your body instead of controlling it? That question became Somyn.
Somyn is a mindful journaling and body-awareness tool designed to help you tune into hunger cues, emotional patterns, hydration, movement, and overall wellbeing, but without the pressure of perfection.
Instead of counting calories or steps, Somyn guides you toward intuitive eating habits, mindful movement, and emotional clarity through gentle reflection.
